Mark Paton
I am a fully qualified chef with 23 years experience in the industry. I am Royal Navy trained and finished my time as a cookery trainer/instructor for the RN. I have experience in NVQ external and internal verification for college assessments. I have worked as Operations Manager at Nuffield Hospital and Food and Beverage Manager at St. Mellion Golf and Country Club.
I have always wanted to run a Hog Roast operation such as Hungry Hog South West and was delighted when we started up in October 2012. I look forward to meeting you at one of our regular hog roll venues or would be delighted to give you a quote for your wedding function or private party.
